Overview

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland

Pay rate: € €18.38 per hour

Primary function is the prevention of anything that is likely to cause loss, waste, damage or inconvenience to the client or its customers.

Responsibilities
  • All Securitas interviews are conducted online via video call*
  • Fully and satisfactorily complete all training necessary for the particular site
  • Fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the published Assignment Instructions (AI's)
  • Proactively refer to and review the published Assignment Instructions, familiarising oneself with changes and suggesting improvements to enhance service
  • Monitor CCTV system where required
  • Identify and report Health & Safety hazards or potential hazards on the client location
  • Stay alert to threats or changes in the work environment and take appropriate action to reduce disruption, loss or damage
  • Use common sense and initiative and involve others if a situation appears to become threatening
  • Complete an accurate, detailed notebook entry after any incident for Incident Report purposes
Security Officer Specification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent personal appearance
  • Methodical, organized approach to work
  • Good computer skills
  • Own transport desirable
  • Team player; able to work unsupervised
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • Understanding of customer service
  • Flexible approach to work
  • PSA Licence is essential
