We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at our award-winning hotel.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the Food and Beverage operation at Forbes 5* level, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Manage budgets, including payroll and expenses, to achieve financial goals.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering employee development.
  • Provide exceptional service and communicate feedback to management.

Financial

  • Oversee beverage costs and stock taking.
  • Ensure the beverage offering aligns with market trends and maintains margins.
  • Manage staffing levels in line with business demands and financial targets.

People Management

  • Train and develop Supervisors and Managers.
  • Engage with team leaders to improve leadership and team performance.

Operational

  • Ensure training is up-to-date and recorded.
  • Maintain Forbes standards and service quality.
  • Ensure equipment is functional and stock levels are adequate.

General

  • Support strategic objectives with management.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team for operational success.
