Overview

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy residential project team working on apartment developments in Dublin's James Street area. This is a fantastic opportunity if you have a strong background managing residential sites, particularly apartment blocks, and you're comfortable working in tight, confined city centre locations.

What you'll be doing
  • Overseeing all site activities on residential apartment projects
  • Managing subcontractors and site staff to keep work progressing smoothly
  • Coordinating deliveries and site logistics in a busy city centre environment
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards
  • Liaising closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to keep communication clear and projects on track
  • Proactively resolving any issues that arise to minimize delays
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential apartment projects
  • Comfortable working in confined and busy city centre sites, with excellent site logistics skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams
  • Great communication and organizational abilities
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Relevant construction qualifications are a bonus but not essential
