Site Manager - Mechanical Location - Dublin Salary - €65k - €70k plus Company vehicle & expenses Role Requirements: Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Develop and maintain schedules, progress reports, and resource plans. Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide effective solutions. Mentor and supervise site teams to achieve project goals. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and site operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
