2. Experience in successfully achieving sales targets and KPIs
3. Fully trained in HACCP and food safety, with experience in meeting HACCP and food safety requirements
4. Stocktaking experience
5. A true passion for the food industry, being creative and innovative with the fresh offering
6. Customer-focused and capable of building a quality and loyal customer base

8. Cook, prepare, and display food throughout the day
9. Finish all orders to the highest standard
10. Support the smooth running of food production operations
11. Carry out stock takes and support the calculation of cost price for products and portion control
12. Assist in the induction, training, and development of staff in the food production area
13. Attend any training or development programs as directed by store management
