Implementation Analyst

About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist at ViClarity, you will be responsible for leading clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout of our platform. You'll participate in client scoping calls alongside the Project Manager, then work behind the scenes to configure, test, and document client-specific solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining client interaction with hands-on platform work, attention to detail, and problem-solving. You'll collaborate closely with our Implementation Managers, Product team, and Developers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions that meet our clients' operational, regulatory, and integration needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery and scoping sessions to understand business requirements.
• Build and configure client environments within the ViClarity platform to reflect their specific workflows and use cases.
• Support technical integrations including API setups, file transfers (SFTP), and SSO configurations.
• Translate business requirements into detailed documentation and configuration specifications.
• Collaborate with our Tech/Product team on more complex solution designs and data migration needs.
• Ensure all deliverables are tested, documented, and ready for training and go-live.
• Participate in internal QA processes and continuous improvement of onboarding templates and tools.
• Assist with post-go-live technical handovers to the Customer Success and Support teams.
• Travel within Ireland (up to 20%) for client workshops or key implementation milestones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS implementation, onboarding, or systems configuration role.
• Experience configuring software platforms based on client requirements.
• Familiarity with data workflows, business logic, or integration principles (APIs, SFTP, SSO).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Required Skills

• Experience with regulatory or compliance platforms.
• Experience building Power BI or other dashboard/reporting tools.
• Exposure to project management or implementation tools (e.g., Zoho Projects, JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience working alongside a Product or Technical team.

Location & Travel

Based in Ireland, ideally within commuting distance of Kerry. Hybrid remote role with ~20% travel within Ireland for client sessions.
