We're Hiring: Barista — The SpitJack, Limerick

There are full time and part time roles available. No weekends.

Location: The SpitJack Rotisserie Brasserie, Bedford Row, Limerick

Job Type: Flexible (Morning Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

Start Date: Immediate or Flexible Start

Experience: Experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate

The Role

You'll be at the heart of our guest experience, crafting everything from perfect coffees to premium cocktails with speed, style, and a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to a high standard (coffee, cocktails, soft drinks)
  • Engage with customers and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Manage bar stock, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Work efficiently during busy brunch, lunch, and dinner service
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Support the floor team when needed and work as part of a tight-knit crew
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a bar or café environment (barista and/or bartender)
  • Knowledge of coffee machines and cocktail basics is a big plus
  • A love for great drinks and great service
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
