We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Barista/Food Service Assistant to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.

What you'll do:
  • Serve food and drinks to our employees on site.
  • Assist with all aspects of preparation and presentation of food to the Company's standards, ensuring adherence to legislation including HACCP.
  • Support wash-up and pot wash areas as part of the team roster.
  • Serve customers to the Company's standard, promote a friendly atmosphere, and use selling techniques to benefit both the company and clients.
  • Carry out till duties when required, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
  • Keep tables and condiments clean and well-stocked.
  • Assist in setting and replenishing food service counters and vending machines as needed.
  • Undertake cleaning tasks according to the cleaning rota, including walls, floors, fixtures, equipment, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
  • Prepare and assist in any special functions, sometimes outside normal working hours.
What you'll bring:
  • Previous experience in a similar environment.
  • Previous Barista experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
