Role

Shiseido is seeking applicants for the role of Shiseido Beauty Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive individual who can meet sales goals while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and greet all customers and offer friendly, prompt and courteous service.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Interface with existing customer base, and follow up with all customer inquiries.
  • Informing customers of current promotions, events and services within the store.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and client goals and support the goals of the team.
  • Track individual weekly and monthly sales, obtaining Sales Goals from the Counter and Business Manager.
  • Conduct make-up applications, skin care analysis and product demonstrations with customers.
  • Maintain positive relationships in store with Shiseido team and store colleagues.
  • Communicate any merchandise and stock needs to the account Manager.
  • Ensure that all merchandise, testers and demonstration stations are maintained and set to company standard.
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Customer service excellence and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Experience in beauty or cosmetics is preferred but not required.
