As a Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of high-quality home and building materials, including tiles, stone, wood, and bespoke finishes. You'll work closely with homeowners, designers, architects, and trade professionals, ensuring they receive exceptional service and product recommendations tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering expert product advice.
  2. Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive sales experience.
  3. Provide in-depth knowledge of the products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their projects.
  4. Manage sales transactions, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals successfully.
  5. Maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring displays are well-presented and up to date.
  6. Work collaboratively with the sales and design teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
  7. Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and market demands.

Skills & Experience Required:

  1. Previous experience in a retail or showroom sales role, ideally within interior design, construction, or building materials.
  2. A passion for design, architecture, and high-end materials.
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of customers, from homeowners to trade professionals.
  5. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
