Overview

Senior Account Manager, Experiential & Events at Allied Integrated Marketing. Allied Global Marketing is a leading full-service entertainment, culture, and lifestyle-marketing agency. We build strategic campaigns for a diverse range of clients that connect audiences with experiences they love. Our integrated approach is supported by our on-the-ground network of 24 offices and over 500 colleagues across the globe.

This role is on the Brand Experience Team, with a focus on experiential marketing and events. To us Experience is Everything. We craft immersive ideas that connect at every touchpoint – fusing physical, digital, virtual and hybrid.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
  • Manage new and existing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation
  • Manage all campaign timelines and implementation plans
  • Continuously liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Manage all aspects of admin of a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met
  • Team Management
  • Manage team across Creative, Production and Staffing, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverables
  • Regular check-ins with senior team members
  • Finance
  • Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders
  • Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs
  • Maintain campaign budgets and target gross profit
  • Client Services
  • Build strong relationships with clients, liaising day-to-day
  • Attend client meetings and look for new opportunities with clients
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in an events agency or producing large-scale events
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities
  • Ambitious and looking to learn and develop

  • Location: Dublin with a hybrid working model. Office presence encouraged 2-3 days a week; flexible arrangements available
  • Salary: Commensurate with experience
