Event Production Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Event Producer to lead the execution of our key client campaigns.

  • This is a contractor/freelance position.

The ideal candidate will bring their own unique vision and style to client campaigns and possess a deep passion for experiences/events.

About the Role:

The Event Producer will be responsible for managing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.

  • Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans.
  • Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations.
  • Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are managed and met.
  • Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates on project deliverables to senior members of the team.
  • Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with your assigned
  • Attend client meetings.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role.
  • Good financial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities.
Location and Working Arrangements:

The contractor will be based in the Dublin area but will have the discretion to work from our office or remotely.

The contractor may be required to attend certain in-person meetings and events or travel internationally from time to time.
