About The Role & Team

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support processing payroll and administering benefits for the EURO region (Netherlands, Ireland, & Nordics).

You will provide advice and support to internal and external customers based on strong knowledge of country payroll compliance and understanding of SITA's processes, procedures, and policies related to payroll and benefits.

You will participate in payroll operations projects and the rollout of programs.

What You Will DoPayroll Management
  • Prepare and input data for salary payments accurately and on time.
  • Support Annual Reward Plan activities.
  • Work closely with internal HR stakeholders, outsourced payroll vendors, and internal Finance to ensure smooth payroll workflow.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely and effective service.
Benefits Administration
  • Collaborate with benefits providers and legal authorities to ensure smooth benefit administration.
  • Support employee benefit programs including medical, life, disability, and health plans, as well as savings plans and other benefits.
  • Manage Purchase to Pay (P2P) process related to benefits activities, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and collaborating with Finance to resolve issues.
  • Manage new provider setups and assist with contract processing.
  • Advise employees on changes related to benefits, in collaboration with the People (HR) Country Manager.
QualificationsWho You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Experience processing payroll in the Netherlands or Ireland; experience in other European countries is a plus.
  • Based in Letterkenny or Rotterdam.
  • Experience with HRIM systems and digital documentation systems.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of country employment regulations related to payroll compliance and calculations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of Data Protection, Equal Opportunities, and Ethics practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in payroll and finance procedures.
