Due to internal promotions, we're looking for a two hands-on, customer-focused Field Technicians to join our growing operations team. You'll be on the road diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EV chargers at residential, commercial, and public locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across Ireland to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair EV charging stations.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades on chargers to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the technical support and operations teams to diagnose issues remotely and resolve them on-site.
• Keep detailed and accurate service reports and communicate issues clearly with internal systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards at all times.
• Support installation teams when required during peak periods or special projects.

Requirements

Essential:

• 2+ years of experience in a hands-on electrical, technical, or field service role.
• Full clean Irish driving licence.
• Safe Pass
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software to log reports and update service tickets.

Desirable:

• Qualified electrician or background in electrical systems
• Experience working with EV chargers, solar PV, or similar electrical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of EV market and charging standards
• Manual Handling certificate.
