The Role. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven G&D Designer to support the design process from tender stage through to construction. This role involves coordinating design inputs, managing consultant deliverables, engaging with clients, and supporting internal teams across all project phases.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review RFP documentation and coordinate pricing from consultants and subcontractors.
  • Develop design proposals, programmes, and methodologies for submission.
  • Organise and manage site surveys and design deliverables during project mobilisation.
  • Liaise with internal teams and designers to ensure timely progress and constructability input.
  • Support planning, permitting, and CPO processes as needed.
  • Manage and submit design change orders and progress updates.
  • Present developed designs at key milestones and finalise documentation for construction.
  • Provide ongoing design coordination and support during the construction phase.

The Candidate: Required Experience and Competencies
  • 2+ years' experience in a design coordination or civil engineering role.
  • Familiarity with utility infrastructure projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CAD or GIS experience is an advantage.
