Corporate Finance Role

We are seeking a qualified accountant or CFA charter holder with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Due Diligence or Corporate Finance. The ideal candidate is passionate, committed, and eager to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with a focus on commercial and transaction advisory services.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on high-profile transactions
  • Liaising with senior executives in leading Irish corporates
  • Analyzing company financial accounts and market trends
  • Conducting macroeconomic research and assessing impacts on company performance
  • Building complex financial models in Excel
  • Drafting teasers, information memorandums, and marketing/sale documents

The Opportunity

Joining Capnua offers a challenging and energetic work environment in a close-knit team of 12. You will engage with senior Irish corporate leaders on high-profile transactions, with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Key areas of experience include:

  • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs
  • Raising and restructuring financing through bank debt, private equity, and alternative funding
Minimum Qualifications
  • ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification
  • At least 2 years of due diligence or similar experience
  • Strong financial accounting knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and commercial skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Energetic, enthusiastic personality
