Senior Corporate Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Finance professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute and driven individual to take ownership of transaction processes and play a central role in deal origination, execution, and client management.

Role Overview:

This is a unique chance for a seasoned finance expert to lead M&A transactions, support business development initiatives, and mentor junior team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing buy-side and sell-side transactions, developing valuation models, and preparing high-quality client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis, deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and negotiation support.
  • Valuation and Financial Modelling: Develop and review valuation models, financial projections, and strategic business plans.
  • Client Deliverables: Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including pitch books, information memoranda, and board presentations.
  • Client Management: Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and counterparties throughout the transaction process.
  • Team Management: Manage internal teams and external advisors, ensuring timely and effective delivery on all aspects of a deal.
Candidate Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience: In corporate finance, M&A advisory, transaction services, or investment banking.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar professional qualification preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage end-to-end transaction processes and engage credibly with senior stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
