Systems Analyst
Galway
Hybrid (1 week a month in office)
400-470 per day.

Must have either a Stamp 4, Stamp 1G spousal visa, EU or UK passport

5+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst, must have Agile experience.

Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements solicitation, User Story generation
Innovative problem solver and team player
Able to work under minimum supervision with stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to navigate through uncertainty
Partner with squad lead and delivery team to meet customer needs
Capturing and documenting requirements and solutions
Resolve issues and/or identify approaches to solutions
Promote Agile development practices
Communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels

Expert knowledge and experience of taking complex features and breaking them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria; Experience with minimum viable product definition and product backlog management; Ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows; Strong contributor with a collaborative work style; Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate impediments appropriately; Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology; Comfortable having trade off conversations with business partners; Experience working with QA and customer-facing resources on test scenarios; Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues; Effective management of project-related tasks and issues.
