Business Systems Analyst (Trade Surveillance)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Multiple Roles Available – Various Seniority Levels

We're hiring experienced Business Systems Analysts to join a growing team focused on delivering technology solutions in the trade surveillance space. These are permanent roles based in Dublin, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, designing solutions, and working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll be working on systems that support compliance and risk management through the monitoring and analysis of trading activity.

What You'll Do:

Engage with internal teams to gather, refine, and prioritise system requirements.

Translate complex business needs into clear specifications.

Design and support delivery of technology solutions and data workflows.

Analyse large datasets to support system accuracy and performance.

Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system enhancements and upgrades.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

Background working on complex systems and data in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work across both business and technology teams.

Familiarity with trade lifecycle and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL) is a plus.

Experience working with third-party platforms or regulatory technologies is beneficial.
