We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Dublin If you're skilled in Salesforce and love aligning business needs with smart technical solutions, this could be a great fit for you.
What you'll do:
- Partner with teams across Sales, Marketing, and more to improve business processes via Salesforce
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specs
- Customize and configure Salesforce (objects, fields, dashboards, validation rules, etc.)
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and create training materials
- Maintain data quality and ensure smooth integrations with other systems
- Keep up with Salesforce best practices and recommend improvements
- Act as the bridge between business teams and IT
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar role)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
