Flexsource are currently recruiting a Field Service Operative for our client in Co. Cork.

About The Role:

Our Client is a Leisure vending specialist operating in shopping centres and the multiple grocery sector throughout Ireland and Great Britain.

Excellent opportunity for a Field Service Operative with good all-round electronics, electrical and mechanical skills to join a rapidly growing company.

In this position, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing leisure vending equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will have a dedicated service route of locations including shopping centres and grocery stores. You will join a Team of experienced field operatives who are critical in ensuring the delivery of a first-class customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain, service, repair, and clean all vending machines on customer sites.
  2. Cash collection from machines.
  3. Maintain company van, tools, equipment, and inventory to the highest standards.
  4. PAT test machines when required (Training Provided).
  5. Examine and inspect machines for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  1. Previous experience in either electrical, electronic, or mechanical based role.
  2. Clean Driver's License.
  3. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work alone with little supervision.
  4. Flexibility to work outside normal hours when required.
  5. PC and smartphone literate with the ability to use email and smartphone applications.
  6. Maintenance experience of up to 3 years.
