Responsibilities
  • Provide care to people who avail of our service and support daily living goals
  • Support people with their daily plans and in the community
  • Assist with education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes
  • Support living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments, and family visits
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice
  • Work shifts over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week as required
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Assistant Support Worker — No qualification required (training provided)
  • Social Care Worker — Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline
  • Relevant life experience desirable but not essential
  • Good attitude to work and passion for supporting people
  • Full Driver's Licence required or in the process of obtaining one
Additional Information

Candidates must be highly motivated and creative, with a passion for engaging with Service Users on a daily basis, contributing to enriching their lives. The successful candidate will receive necessary training and development in line with the role.
