Overview

Head of Cleaning – North Wall Quay, Dublin (Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

As a Head of Cleaning at Sodexo in Dublin 1, you will lead the cleaning services team, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Manage daily cleaning operations across various spaces, ensuring quality checks.
  • Plan and oversee periodic cleaning programs.
  • Organize tasks, rotas, and training for the cleaning team.
  • Maintain stock levels, equipment, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, including COSHH.
  • Build relationships with clients and address concerns.
  • Motivate the team to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Lead a team of 30+ cleaners.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in a similar role with COSHH and health and safety knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage workloads effectively.
  • Computer literacy and excellent English communication skills.
  • A professional, detail-oriented, and approachable demeanor.
  • Experience managing large sites (25+ people daily), ideally in production and cleaning environments.
  • Experience in Hotel or Corporate brands (desirable).
