About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin as a Senior Duty Manager. In this role, you will be integral in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence and supporting the key business. You willcontribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Assisting the day to day operation of the hotel
• Management of all Fire, Health and Safety
• Customer Care
• Maintaining Quality of Service
• Maintaining Standards
• Staff Training
• Flexibility
• People management
• Health, Safety & Security
• Fluency in both written & spoken English essential

What We're Looking For

• The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in this role in a busy hotel of 300 +rooms
