The Trinity City Hotel are currently recruiting for a Duty Manager. As part of the MHL Hotel Collection, The Trinity City Hotel is a boutique four star hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre, just a few minutes stroll from Grafton Street. Home to 262 guest bedrooms; 2 meeting rooms; the Courtyard Restaurant & Brunswick Bar. Main responsibilities: Available to work breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts. To take responsibility of the day to day operation of all areas of the hotel and to be visible on the floor during service times to assist with any queries. To work as part of the Operations team and to carry out all duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager and to assume responsibilities for any issues in the absence of senior management. To ensure all special requests made by guests are met and the prompt resolution of customer queries/complaints. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships The ideal candidate for this position: To have previous experience (at least 1 year) as a Duty Manager/F&B Supervisor and/or suitable qualification. Excellent communication skills. Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Excellent grooming standards. Fluent level of spoken and written English essential.
