Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to advise clients on employment tax, global mobility, social security, and personal income tax matters. This role involves providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications.
  • Develop workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Provide insights on global mobility programs and tax considerations.
  • Oversee tax aspects of mobility, including equalization, protection, and planning.
  • Manage tax disputes and resolve mobility-related challenges.
  • Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure employment tax compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions on workforce tax matters.
  • Build strong client relationships to support long-term business success.

Ideal candidate:

  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) – Irish Tax Institute
  • Tax & Social Security Knowledge – Strong understanding of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties.
  • Global Mobility Expertise – Experience with expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.
  • Compliance & Advisory Skills

Salary & Benefits:
