We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our Employer Solutions team.

This role involves providing expert advice on global mobility and employment tax issues to clients from diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Employment Tax Services: Ensure compliance with client obligations.
  • Conduct Tax Technical Research: Provide advice on Irish tax legislation.
  • Plan and Execute Tax Consultancy Assignments: Focus on employment tax and global mobility.
  • Lead PAYE Tax Due Diligence Projects: Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver findings.
  • Handle Revenue Disclosures: Review supporting calculations and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Advise Clients on Globally Mobile Employees: Prepare tax technical memorandums and provide ongoing support for cross-border working positions.
  • Assist with Business Development: Contribute to strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain Efficient Work Processes: Meet deadlines and mentor/train junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in an employment tax or global mobility role.
  • AITI Qualified / CTA Qualified: Hold relevant certifications or equivalent qualifications.
  • In-Depth Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with global mobility and employment tax legislation.
  • PAYE Revenue Audits and Compliance: Experience managing audits and checks.
  • Tax Calculations and Applications: Proficiency in preparing/reviewing tax and shadow payroll calculations.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven ability to interact with clients effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
