Senior Global Mobility Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive global mobility strategies and processes that align with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including relocation agencies, immigration providers, and tax consultants.
- Design and implement documentation and tools to manage assignments, travel, and cross-border work consistently.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary expert for all matters related to international employment, immigration, taxation, social security, and compliance, providing support to both employees and HR teams across countries.

Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience in global mobility, international HR, immigration, or a similar field, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills, and fluency in English.
Desirable qualifications include experience in a fast-growing, multi-country company or a start-up environment, familiarity with HRIS systems and mobility tracking tools, and a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to build things from scratch.
