Global Mobility Specialist

11 Month Contract | Hybrid | Dublin City Centre

Salary Range: €65,000 - €75,000 per year

We're seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to support EMEA mobility operations, with occasional exposure to Americas and APJ. You'll play a key role in immigration, relocation, and tax processes, partnering with employees, recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors to ensure smooth and compliant outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advising employees, recruiters, and managers on mobility policies and processes

  • Coordinating immigration and tax evaluations with external vendors

  • Managing relocation lifecycles, expense reviews, and pre-decision assessments

  • Maintaining accurate immigration and mobility data in internal systems

  • Handling service tickets, problem-solving, and ensuring consistent employee support

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years' experience in Global Mobility

  • Strong operational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication with sensitivity to intercultural nuances

  • A trusted advisor with strong judgement and confidentiality

  • A self-starter who thrives in collaborative, global teams
