At Insomnia we are serious about Coffee Established in Galway in 1997, the first independent coffee shop company in Ireland. Crafted the Irish way, our coffee is bold, unapologetic, yet super smooth with just the right amount of character. We're growing our business and always looking for enthusiastic coffee lovers who can deliver on the Insomnia philosophy; that you'll get the best cup of coffee every time you visit our stores.
