Overview

Griffin Solicitors are looking to hire a full time conveyancing legal executive for our busy Templeogue based practice. In this role, you will be supporting Ethna Ryan, head of our property department.

Qualifications

Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years legal secretarial experience in the area of Conveyancing to include Commercial Conveyancing.

Requirements
  • Excellent typing and computer skills with ability to produce, edit and format documents, including Word, Excel, Outlook and case management systems
  • Good numerical skills
  • Show excellent attention to detail
  • Be highly organised with good file management skills and a good telephone manner
  • Be capable of working to deadlines
  • Have a good work ethic and a willingness to learn
  • Be willing to help and support team colleagues
