Electrical Construction Manager

Netherlands & Germany (Rotation from Ireland)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-profile data centre project in Germany and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical contracting and large-scale construction, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments. The role is rotational with flights and accommodation provided, making it ideal for candidates based in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all electrical aspects of the project from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Work closely with the client, main contractor, and design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and local electrical regulations.
  • Oversee quality assurance and testing & commissioning activities.
  • Report progress and project KPIs to senior management regularly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
  • Experience in data centres, pharma, industrial, or commercial M&E environments.
  • Relevant electrical engineering qualifications or trade background with progression into management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a rotation from Ireland.
  • EU passport or valid right to work in Germany.
