We are launching the next cohort of our Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026. As a graduate based in Dublin, you'll engage in meaningful work in our Deal Advisory practice on a 3.5-year training contract towards ACA qualifications.

Our exam pass rate is 10% to 30% better than the national average, and we are ranked #1 in Ireland. We consistently place many employees in the top ten results in the country, including a 100% pass rate for 2024.

Current undergraduate student in final year or current master's student at university in any degree discipline; minimum 2.1 current university results; demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement; strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.

Responsibilities / How you will make an impact
  • Join Ireland's largest Deal Advisory team (600+ professionals) and work on Ireland's largest transactions.
  • Support turnaround strategies for underperforming companies, working with stakeholders to restructure businesses and restore performance and confidence.
  • Engage with clients including Ireland's largest corporates, banks, public sector bodies, and private equity funds.
  • Participate in deals and projects within the Deal Advisory practice as part of your ACA training.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Current undergraduate student in final year or current master's student at university from any degree discipline.
  • Minimum 2.1 in current university results.
  • Demonstrated initiative and/or university involvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
