The Cashier's main responsibility is to ensure customers receive excellent service in a clean, welcoming environment, while accurately handling all cash procedures and related banking requirements.

Thepart-timeposition covers2 shifts per week, mostly weekends.

Due to the nature of the role,candidates must be over 20 years old.

Support is provided by the Manager/Operations Managerto help align individual and company goals.

• Provide friendly, attentive service to customers at all times, ensuring correct change is given and current promotions/offers are communicated clearly.
• Report any repair or maintenance issues related toFunworld Machinery.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Support with rostering, banking, and local marketing as requested by the Manager.
• Build positive relationships with team members and customers, representingFunworldprofessionally in the local community.
• Be flexible with work hours and available to cover additional shifts during colleagues' holidays.
• Liaise with head office personnel as necessary.
• Assist in training new staff in customer service, cash handling, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Follow instructions, accept feedback constructively, and act in the best interest of the business.
• Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth running of the business.
