The role involves working in a clean and welcoming environment, handling all cash procedures, and related banking requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to provide friendly and attentive service to customers at all times, ensuring correct change is given and current promotions/offers are communicated clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience at all times.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Report any repair or maintenance issues related to Funworld Machinery.
• Perform cleaning duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
• Support with rostering, banking, and local marketing as requested by the Manager.
• Build positive relationships with team members and customers, representing the company professionally in the local community.
• Liaise with head office personnel as necessary.
• Assist in training new staff in customer service, cash handling, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Follow instructions, accept feedback constructively, and act in the best interest of the business.
