Job Description

US Bank Global Fund Services is looking to hire a junior financial and regulatory reporting specialist to join the team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of annual and semi-annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  2. Preparation of financial statements workings and underlying support files.
  3. Ensure completeness of disclosures in financial statements.
  4. Deliver high quality service through accurate and timely completion of all assigned tasks (which may be part of larger processes) and requests for information, being responsive and anticipating our client/internal client needs.
  5. Preparation of CBI third party fund regulatory filings. This includes Monthly NAV Returns, MMIF returns, SPV returns, Interim and Annual financial statements filings.
  6. Preparation of delegated Fund Investment Manager regulatory filings. This includes AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF and CPO PQR filings.
  7. Promoting a positive work environment for team members.
Skills / Experience
  1. Accounting, finance or business degree.
  2. Strong analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail are essential.
  3. Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and Word.
  4. Knowledge of the relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Ability to work within a team environment/own initiative and to strict deadlines.
  6. Excellent time management skills.
  7. Proactive approach and willingness to continuously strive to learn and develop.
