At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Quality& Standards Manager to join us at our Dublin office.
Here's what you'll do:
Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Will implement and manage the coordination of quality and standards systems across all delivery streams. The QSM's services will be required through all stages of the programme and across all programmes from inception to completion.
- The QSM will attend monthly progress meetings with the client and report on quality delivery. The QSM shall coordinate the Technical Teams in the development, implementation, and management of quality and standards systems for each delivery stream from inception to construction handover. Separate (but linked) quality and standards systems will be developed to manage the design and construction phases.
- Define roles and responsibilities, describing the different quality related roles within each delivery stream.
- Document management control, including filing, archiving, programme communications, document collaboration, document reviews, reporting, and all tender and contractor communications.
- Establish completeness and correctness criteria.
- Quality requirements process, quality assurance activities, and quality control activities.
- Quality standards, inspections, and monitoring. Develop quality tools and templates for integration with IT systems infrastructure.
- Coordinate quality procedures and protocols for scoping minimum quality procedures/criteria required from construction works contracts.
