About JustTip

JustTip is a digital platform for tipping, payments, and tax management tailored for hospitality businesses and their payment providers, addressing the increasing complexity of gratuity handling in a cashless, regulation-driven market.

New EU & UK regulations now mandate full transparency and compliance regarding tips and service charges, with liabilities of up to £5,000 per employee, making opaque manual processes obsolete. Our platform automates the collection, distribution, and reporting of tips and service charges, reducing payroll tax liabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and helping improve staff retention.

With 380% YoY growth, we already support over 13,000 staff across more than 650 businesses and are integrating into payment systems through our partners. We are targeting a £63BN tipping economy that is quickly being reshaped by regulation and digital payments.

Now, we need an Operations Analyst in Dublin who can roll up their sleeves, spot problems before they happen, and make things run smoother, faster, and better — every single day.

The Role

This is a get-things-done role. You'll be at the centre of our operation — solving problems, tightening processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll dig into the numbers, improve workflows, and keep projects moving forward without being told twice.

You'll work closely with our Operations Lead, Founders, and Customer Success team to make sure the whole machine runs smoothly as we scale — and you won't be afraid to jump in wherever you're needed.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of operational problems and get them solved — fast
  • Analyse data and reports to spot inefficiencies, risks, or opportunities
  • Keep our reporting dashboards accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
  • Support client onboarding and integrations so everything works first time
  • Help enforce compliance requirements and streamline related processes
  • Work across teams to make sure projects are delivered on time and to spec
  • Constantly look for ways to do things better, cheaper, and faster

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years in an operations, analyst, or process improvement role (ideally fintech, SaaS, or hospitality tech)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into action
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, data tools, and dashboards
  • Exceptionally organised — you get things done and keep others on track
  • Proactive problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with SQL, BI tools, or CRM/reporting systems
  • Worked in a scaling startup where priorities change fast
  • Exposure to compliance-heavy or regulated industries
