We're looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Data Analyst to join a dynamic, commercially focused analytics team. In this role, you'll turn complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making and performance improvements across a range of client and internal projects.

The role is based in Dublin – with at least 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and define KPIs, metrics, and data models to support commercial reporting
  • Create compelling dashboards and visualizations that make data actionable
  • Build and maintain custom and standard reports for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Automate and streamline processes to improve efficiency
  • Support stakeholders with data queries and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, and IT, to ensure data alignment and effective solutions

Requirements include:

  • 7–10 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or data science
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Power Query, and DAX
  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving
  • A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
