As Manager, Industry Relations Contracting, you will play a key role in negotiating and managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and fostering strong relationships. This role requires a high level of independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve complex contract language issues. Primary Responsibilities Of The Network Contract Manager

  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies in compliance with company contract templates and other key process controls
  • Reviewing contracts and revising as necessary to ensure alignment with business and legal standards
  • Anticipating and resolving contract language and legal interpretation issues
  • Maintaining open and effective communication channels within the team and across the organization
  • Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with pharmaceutical companies
  • Proactively addressing and resolving contract-related issues
  • Working with minimal guidance and seeking input only on complex issues

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR equivalent professional experience
  • Professional experience in Contracting or Legal, US Healthcare, retail pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management
  • Experience in Contract redlining (document markup or tracked changes)
  • Project management experience
