This is a full-time, permanent role. You'll report directly to the Managing Director and lead a high-performing finance team.

Your New Job
  • Lead the finance function with a focus on robust financial control and strategic insight.
  • Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
  • Design and report KPIs and financial metrics across all business areas.
  • Prepare financial accounts, forecasts, and long-term business plans.
  • Analyse business performance and communicate insights to senior leadership.
  • Drive commercial awareness through detailed variance and trend analysis.
  • Maintain and update long-term financial projections.
  • Influence decision-making as a key member of the senior management team.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated finance team with a performance-driven ethos.
What We Are Looking For
  • A fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 10 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior financial role, preferably within a multi-service or project-based business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and developing a high-performing finance team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate financial insights for various stakeholders.
  • A strategic thinker with an eye for continuous improvement.
