We are seeking an experienced and motivated Safety Manager to join our team based at our offices in Swords, Co. Dublin.

Purpose of the RoleThe Safety Manager will play a central role in maintaining the highest safety standards across our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a proactive safety culture throughout the organisation.

Reporting Line & Scope

Reports to: Head of Compliance and Safety (Safety Postholder)
Direct reports: None - this is a hands-on role, working independently but with full support from the Head of Compliance and Safety.Key Responsibilities
Manage and continuously develop the organisation's Safety Management System(SMS).
Administer and monitor the Safety Reporting System.
Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments
Produce and distribute safety promotion materials
Develop, implement, and maintain the Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Conduct or oversee safety investigations
Develop and deliver safety training programmes.
Liaise effectively with engineers, customers, and National Aviation Authorities asrequired.Candidate Requirements
A strong understanding of aviation maintenance operations
Knowledge of, or exposure to, EASA Part-145 and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolvingissues.Package & Benefits
