Advocate Group is proud to represent a leading global FMCG brand in their search for a Quality & Food Safety Specialist to join their Team.

The Role:

We are looking for a candidate who can make a real impact on food safety and quality across the plant. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and coordinating internal and external audits (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, FSMA, etc.)
  • Monitoring and reporting on Quality KPIs, consumer complaints, and non-conformities
  • Updating HACCP plans and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
  • Coordinating environmental monitoring, traceability exercises, and patrol walks
  • Delivering training in GMP, food safety, and production standards
  • Maintaining plant quality documentation and managing external contractors

About You:

  • Degree in Food Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience in a food safety or quality role
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Team player with initiative, motivation, and a commitment to quality
