We're looking for a Paving & Decking Sales Specialist to join our growing team and lead sales in our brand-new Paving and Decking Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a key part of our business while helping customers transform their outdoor spaces.

Your Role

As our Paving & Decking Sales Specialist, you will:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our extensive range of paving and decking solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure a first-class shopping experience by keeping displays attractive, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Process sales efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest market trends in paving and decking.

What We're Looking For
  • Sales experience in a similar or related industry.
  • A passion for customer service and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
