The Position

The Director of Strategic Partnerships, Advocacy & Fundraising will lead efforts to enhance IWA's national profile, strengthen partnerships with government, corporate, and community stakeholders, and increase fundraising income to support IWA's mission.

Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Management Team, the Director will oversee advocacy, partnerships, communications, fundraising, retail, and campus management, ensuring impactful public messaging and policy influence, while building new partnerships and increasing income streams.

Requirements
  • Proven experience at or near director level in building strategic partnerships that influence and extend reach.
  • Track record of growing income, diversifying fundraising channels, and enhancing organisational reputation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on sustainability within a mission-driven context.
  • Credibility as an advocate for IWA's mission.
Remuneration
