Your Next Career Move Starts Here We're looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Meeting & Events Executive to join our busy Meetings & Events team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and driving revenue through creative sales strategies, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior M&E Executive, your primary focus will be to grow revenue and maximise yield across meetings, conferences, banqueting, room hire, and F&B services. You'll be the key contact from enquiry to execution ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for our clients while supporting the wider M&E and Sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate a variety of events including conferences, meetings, weddings, exhibitions, private dining, and product launches.
  • Respond promptly to M&E enquiries and follow up on leads to convert business.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Generate and distribute detailed function sheets to relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Issue contracts and quotations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event client meetings and site inspections.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to analyse booking trends, denied business, and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently including billing, credit arrangements, contracts, and client correspondence.
  • Liaise with the Reservations team to stay informed on rates and availability.
  • Promote a proactive, sales-driven culture within the hotel.
  • Support the M&E Office Manager with ad-hoc projects and departmental tasks as needed.
