We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in managing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) platform projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Familiarity with modern data analytics tools, cloud-based platforms, and enterprise data strategies is essential.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects related to data analytics platforms (e.g., data lakes, BI tools, dashboards, data pipelines).
• Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, risk assessments, and budgets.
• Coordinate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business users to ensure smooth delivery of analytics solutions.
• Monitor and control project performance using appropriate KPIs, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance policies.
• Prepare executive status reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualities We Value

• 2 - 4 years of experience in project management on data analytics platform delivery.
• Proven experience in leading data platform projects.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, big data, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
