Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager

Our client, a well-established Property Service Provider, is looking to hire a Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager to join their busy residential lettings department.

The ideal candidate is driven, experienced, and looking to enhance their career. The successful person will join the lettings team and manage their own portfolio of properties mainly in Dublin 6, 12, and Dublin West.

Responsibilities:
  1. Meeting with landlords, taking on new properties, advising on achievable rents, photography, advertising, viewings, and vetting prospective tenants — covering the entire letting process.
  2. Preparing complete letting files, including leases, bank standing orders, and utility transfers at the start of a new tenancy.
  3. Conducting routine and final inspections, annual rent reviews, and lease renewals.
  4. Proficiency with LetMan system or similar, ensuring accurate records of all tenancies, scanning, and filing.
  5. Communicating with the Letting Manager regarding tenant and property maintenance issues.
  6. Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors to arrange maintenance.
  7. Logging keys in and out to contractors.
  8. Ensuring follow-up on maintenance issues and keeping landlords updated on any arising issues.
Qualifications:
  1. Must hold a property letting and management license (PSRA C&D).
  2. Experience in the property industry is essential.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  5. Proven ability to manage a high workload, multitask, and prioritize.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to follow instructions, with good reporting and follow-up skills.
  8. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude are essential.
  9. Own vehicle and a full, clean driving license.
