As a Retail Betting Assistant at Paddy Power, you will be the welcoming host for our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience in our retail shops. Your role involves engaging warmly with every visitor, providing excellent service, and creating a friendly atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for technology will help promote our online and retail products and services, ensuring each customer enjoys their time with us. How you'll do it

We seek individuals who will exceed customer expectations, build effective relationships, and foster a warm, positive environment. Your primary responsibilities include hosting customers, cross-selling retail and online products, clearly communicating answers to queries, and informing customers about our latest promotions.

Additional duties include:

  • Assisting customers with placing bets via terminals, phone, and in-shop transactions
  • Maintaining high standards of shop presentation to create an inviting environment
  • Stepping up to guide operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager
  • Adapting to different situations while remaining customer-focused
  • Fulfilling social responsibility duties by adhering to guidelines and regulations
