We're looking for a talented PHP Web Developer to join our busy, collaborative studio in Dublin 6, working across websites, e-commerce platforms, and digital experiences for brands and clients. You'll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, building high-quality, secure, and scalable digital solutions.

This is a full-time, studio-based role with real opportunities to grow and expand your skills.

About the role:

As part of our growing web development team, you'll work closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to develop and maintain websites and digital products. From bespoke WordPress builds to custom web applications, you'll get hands-on with a variety of projects that challenge your technical skills and creativity.

What we're looking for:

  • 4–5 years of experience in a busy web development team or agency.
  • Expert knowledge of PHP and WordPress development (including building custom themes from scratch using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) -Gutenberg blocks).
  • Experience translating front-end designs from Figma into dynamic, responsive builds.
  • Good understanding of UX/UI design.
  • Experience using GitHub and version control workflows.
  • Confident implementing and managing Google Tag Manager and analytics integration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimise websites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
  • Strong understanding of server-side technologies, APIs, and database integration.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys technical challenges and finding creative solutions.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask.
  • Ability to manage projects within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.

Nice to have (but not essential):

  • Familiarity with headless CMS or JAMstack approaches.
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, ).
  • Able to produce GSAP animations.
  • Capable of using AI to code.
  • Adobe Illustrator and or Photoshop on a basic level.

You'll be part of a 20-strong creative studio working across branding, digital, and communications, with a brilliant portfolio of clients. We're collaborative, ambitious, and love pushing digital ideas forward. This is a full-time, studio-based role with real opportunities to grow and expand your skills.
